Housing Amenities

HWC offers two choices of housing:

  • Tax Credit (high rise)
  • Section 8 Subsidized housing (buildings A, B and C)

The high rise offers Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments and buildings A, B and C offer 1 Bedroom apartments. The Penthouse view from the 12th floor of the Tower building offers majestic views of downtown Denver and to the West, the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The buildings have a variety of common areas such as libraries and social rooms equipped with kitchen facilities.

Either a choice of parking spaces or carports are available to our residents
